Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the headphones or speakers in their original premium packaging, including all cables and accessories, to avoid damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once our quality control team inspects the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
